Light blue cotton Noelle blouse/tunic, size S/M

This pretty top by Noelle (I think it may be on the verge of being a tunic, depending on your height) is 100% cotton, so even though it's sleeves are long, it is SO lightweight and comfortable even in the summer heat. (I live in Atlanta, so it's a humid heat, too... if it weren't too small for me, it would be a wardrobe staple of mine) Let me know if you need precise measurements! My phone has glued itself to my hand in recent years, so if I'm home when you leave a comment, I'll be more than happy to oblige and go measure it that very moment. As for the Small/Medium thing, I would say this errs slightly on the side of small, so go with that, if that's a deciding factor. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions!
