tinychags85 @allylovesart it's not stiff, it has some stretch but it is denim so it's not overly stretchy. Does that make sense?

tinychags85 Hi, I'll double check over the weekend but I think it would fall at the waist. I'm petite, so on me I think it falls slightly lower than the waist. :)

tinychags85 @nrivera91 Hi, i just had a chance to check out the fit of this jacket. It sits just at/slightly below my hips (I'm 4'11") and it is roughly 22 inches from the shoulder to the bottom hem of the jacket. I think it's likely waist level for most people. Hope this helps. :)
