daunp This is amazing. I love this guide. I felt guilty for not accepting an offer the other day, they came in at 45% under my asking, I countered what I thought was reasonable and the next day they came back with the exact same offer.

posh4us Thank you- this is wonderful and helpful information! Take care and thanks for advocating for the sellers! I always try to give the best offers possible, while being able to make a couple of bucks, but Sometimes the offers I get are so low, that it’s not even worth it to pack it up and mail! I end up giving stuff to my friends instead. 😖
