piggyann1960 Why are you so willing to lose a sale over $5? My mother is 87 and I'm disabled. I treat all customers like royalty. I've never dealt with anyone that isn't willing to "talk" to customers. I can buy wholesale myself since I'm certified but I wanted to go through a fellow Posher. This just isn't good business. If you were to change your approach with customers I'm sure your sales would be better. It's too bad you're not willing to work with customers.

piggyann1960 It's already been listed since at least January 26th. Obviously because you don't offer personalized service you're not going to see items sell as quickly as they could. I apologize if I'm not correct about the situation but I'm going by the personal experience I'm having with you. I can't even get you to message me back. As much as I really do like the coat, if I can't get good customer service I go elsewhere. Good luck to you.

piggyann1960 @womanwithinshop It's not a surprise. I think it's delayed everywhere for larger pkgs. We'll be getting down into the high to mid 30's at night this week! 😨 I hate cold!!
