Lenox "Serenade" Open Candy Dish - flowers & bird with handles and Gold Trim

Open Candy Dish by LENOX CHINA - in the Serenade pattern - Made In The USA This elegant piece by LENOX is delicately decorated with a bird and flowers on an ivory base and is finished with a lustrous glaze. The top edge is hand painted with 24K gold. The underside has the LENOX logo printed in gold. There are open "handles", which are really just a decorative feature. There is a embossed leaf pattern where these handles are. -Approximate Measurement: 1½” High x 7.5” x 8.25” (at widest points) -Weight: 14 oz. This was something I used for nuts or mints when I had guests over. "Serenade" is a discontinued Lenox pattern that was produced between 1984 and 1997. This vintage piece is in great condition with no cracks, chips, stains or crazing. Gold trim is intact; I didn't clean it thoroughly before photographing, but it wasn't really dirty, maybe dusty from storage. Hand washing is always recommended for items with gold or other metallic trim as the dishwasher will wear it away over time. I have at least one more item in this pattern that I have listed.
