Bags 1, 2 & 3 were opened and are now in different bags. (No guarantees regarding if every single piece is there.) Bags 4 through 9 are brand new and unopened. Comes with instruction manual. Box has tape on it and is not perfect. This set is discontinued. It retails for $188. My price reflects the 3 opened bags.
