@ghazal_madaeni 37 inches from top of shoulder to bottom of coat. 27 inches from bottom of the armpit to the bottom of coat.

@taylorlickteig I believe so. It is petite sizing and a tailored fit so it would be a bit snug if you wore a thick sweater under.
