One of my favorite gym shoes in my rotation. Followed their lead and ordered a half size up, and after wearing them at the gym one morning, I realized that was not good advice. Bought my normal size 11 and they did the trick. Have a slightly wide forefoot so always afraid of a shoe being too narrow when they say it's a snug fit. But my blue 11's are perfectly wide, and they fit like a glove as you can see in my last Pic. If you're into environmentally responsible shoes, these are for you. Vegan, aglae based, pick your awareness material, they're in there. The knit upper is reinforced where it needs to be, offers stretch in other areas. Cushioning is firm with just enough give and some bounce to not feel like Metcons or like mush. No heel slip. Good lock down but the laces takes a few outings to get comfy with adjusting. They're also happy doing cardio be it elliptical, treadmill or rowing machine. And the solid colorways differentiate them from other shoes. Nice being a little different hence I ended up with the blue. Black is black. The gray is nice too. Would've been tempted to wear them casually and be a little different if they were the right size. Also in my rotation are Goruck Ballistic Trainers, Nano X3 and Puma PWR Nitro Squared depending on the mood and/or focus. Have tried and sent back about five others in the quest for the perfect trainer. Why choose just one when they all bring some good to the table?
