Women's Puma PWR Nitro Squared Training Shoes Sz 6.5

Well this definitely isn't from my closet. Picked these up for one of my fellow instructors, but I was a full size off and could no longer return them. Though this model quickly rose to number 1 in my cross trainer rotation, followed by Lane Eight, Goruck trainers and Nano X4's. It's the most runnable and cardio friendly of the bunch, and they work well for basic lifting, Crossfit and functional training as well as teaching Bodypump. I see people in my classes wearing Hoka and On running shoes doing themselves a disservice. No lateral stability, mushy cushioning when you need more stability and support. These seem to be the perfect blend. I'll take Bodycombat in these as well and love the grip, especially when the sweat starts going.
