Ladies Vtg. Black pill-box style hat with feather

This cute little hat would have been worn to more dressy affairs and reminds me of the roaring 20's hats that were worn by stylish ladies. It belonged to my mother in law and I could see her wearing it to the opera and other classy functions. It has white and brown feathers in it and needs some TLC.
