@wendyjstone2021 armpit to armpit measures 17inches. There is no stretch in the bust area specifically but the back of the dress has a stretch panel. The waist is 14 inches. The length of the dress is 35 inches measured from the waist and 45 from the top of the dress. There are no stains or tears. The only flaw is one of the straps is alittle loose but it can be sewn on.
