What (bra) size would this fit? Band + cup would be helpful. Does it tie in the front? Or is it just gathered?

Hi @erosewynd, it doesn't have a band or cup size but I am a 32b. It's loose enough on me that I think it would definitely also fit a c. It does not tie in the front, just gathered. It clasps at the top and back.
