I ended up buying it from Lulu Canada and an angel mailed it to me. I had been wanting a night/rain jacket to run in, but I run extremely warm ( shorts in below-freezing weather) and I just can't use this beautiful jacket. I wore it once, so it does not have the hard tag with the $398 on it, but it has all its internal tags. After watching it not be used for an entire year, I'd rather sell it to someone who will actually use and love it. The reflective material is so freaking cool. This jacket is INCREDIBLE! The fully reflective shell will keep you totally visible on your early morning or dark night run. It folds up nicely into a low zippered pocket in the back, great to pack in a running backpack. Several pockets are placed perfectly for essential items.
