@frankielgalli you left the same comment on another listing so I answered that one but I think it’d depend on if you want it more snug or comfortable. I have the same dress that I’ve worn a few times and small fit me just fine when I was 4. After I’ve given birth, I’m between 4 and 6 and it fits me quite snugly. It is sooo flattering though 😍
