This set is the LEGO Alpine Lodge (10325). It is still a current set at LEGO.com but is currently unavailable. It would retail for $99. The fireplace inside the lodge is battery operated. I have shown in the two pictures of the inside that it works. In the first picture it is off. In the second picture I pushed the chimney on top to turn it on. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions.
