I don't exactly understand how these work... are they convenient for nursing?

@cml0565 yes! so they are a cute high neck tank usually. could be worn for casual wear or working out. you lift the tank version up and its like a bra that you can pull down or put your pump into as shown in the photo. I kept some I bought. very cute and comfy
