What age range do these fit or do you have a size chart?

@carlywoerman1 I just added the measurements. Even though they are adjustable at the waist and thighs, shorter kids could wear them as full chaps, and taller/larger kids could wear them as chinks. I tried to find the manufacturer size chart but didn't see any. Hope this helps!
