New in box Nothing wrong with them I just missed the return window and prefer lower cut boots on me They are a soft leather with a zipper (as shown in pics) for easy on and off and they are very comfortable I wear a true size 9 and these fit me perfectly These are always out of stock I was waiting for weeks for them
