auchtens @courtneykers683 hi Courtney - there is a little circular pod with a star on it - so yes I think that is the pacifier pod and yes it comes with it- I do not see a changing pad however

auchtens @courtneykers683 I wouldn’t say it’s faded - the photos of the bottom show more realistically what the colors look like - I will take a few more in bright lighting
