This mini Jovani dress is the perfect dress for prom, a birthday, a bachelorette, or more. The skirt section is entirely made of feathers and the top is embellished with beads and rhinestones. Note that some have come loose and the price reflects that. There are some beads that fell off when I received it that I will send along in case you want to fix. It didn’t bother me and wasn’t noticeable unless you came close. There’s so much going on with it that it did not faze me but I want to be super transparent.
