Pre-owned in great condition. Clean, no stains, rips or tears and from a smoke-free home. Has ruffled neckline, ruffled hemline and ruffle-edged 3/4 sleeves. Fabric is silk, nylon and cotton. Note: Tag says Petite but doesn't specify if it's an XS or Small Petite. It's small though - definitely not a medium or large petite size.
