Jones, New York plaid Taffeta top or jacket with front bow

Pretty large plaid this lovely top or jacket has a standup collar and a large front bow. There is only one button which lends me to believe it’s a jacket, but I have worn it as a top. Lovely style sleeves with the bell at the end. Perfect for the holidays in excellent condition.
