Apologies if it went through. But just in case. 17" pit to pit, length of jacket I went back and it's 23". Length of arm is 27"
It's loose when opened, but you can also wear a thin/light sweatshirt also. The fit is somewhat loose with a drop shoulder. I'm 5'2" and 108 lbs
