mchih Hi! I was packing the Alma to ship over and noticed I’m missing the little black strap that holds the key pouch together. The keys and tag are there but it’s just that little black strap I’m missing. I know those are replaceable but aren’t free so I’m really sorry! I will definitely cancel the order if you’d prefer. Let me know! I’m sorry again 🤦🏻‍♀️

mchih @josiebravo76 ya it’s in the photos but not the crossbody strap, the strap that loops in to the handle to hold the key pouch. It’s in the picture with me holding up the key pouch.

mchih @josiebravo76 no I misplaced it. I called the store and they’re replaceable for about 35$. Id be more than happy to cancel and accept an offer to make up for the difference. Or I can order the replacement myself and ship it to you all together when I get it.
