Jersey string-tie-waist Striped Dress

Bought at Target in the women's section, tag removed because it was itchy but I'm positive it's an extra small. Loops at waist for the thin string tie to go through, but it's removable. Super soft and very very lightly used. On me (5'2") it goes down to my knees. Make an offer, I'll probably accept it :)
