This designer has sizing that confuses me. Is a size 22 really a 22, or more like an 18 in regular clothing?

@skycladgypsy I feel like more of an 18-20ish if that makes sense. I also had it hemmed slightly because it was sooo long. However, I am 5’11 so it’s still fairly long.
