In March 2010, Target introduced a collection by Jean Paul Gaultier as their third Designer Collaboration. The mesh tattoo pieces were particularly sought-after, like this halter dress with a koi fish inspired pattern in shades of brown, cream and green. Mesh fabric composed of 85% polyester and 15% spandex. Selling this for a friend who never wore it; dress is NWT in Target shipment packaging.
