Purchased in Japan! Fun dark grey dress with a bubble hemline. Soft material. Adjustable black and silver tone buckle straps. Higher scoop neck, square back. Whimsical big apron style pockets at hips with oversized button accents. Fully lined. Tag says Edge Line, and is made by Marco Polo. Super unique, you probably won't find anything like this in Canada! Tagged a Japan sized F (Free size), which won't fit all US sizes. I think it would best fit a US size small, approx measurements: bust 13.5 inches (bust is elasticated and will stretch), length at longest strap setting 33.5” In EUC, some light wash wear/fuzzing throughout.
