I can see what I can do, would also recommend checking out J Crew's sizing chart https://www.jcrew.com/r/size-charts-module?N=1,3&Ntrm=petite I found it to run true to size and more generous than the perfect fit shirts. I am a 34ish" bust and it fits me perfectly.
