Ixia Polka Dot Dress

Bright blue dress with white polka dots. 1950s vintage feel. The tag says dry clean but I have washed this on gentle cycle with no problems. 31” top to bottom and 13.5” at waist. Scoop neck front and scooped v neck back. From ModCloth. Size medium but runs small.
