Iso boys 4t thumb hole cuffs anything.

Looking for sweatshirts, sweaters, hoodies, jackets, shirts, etc with thumb hole cuffs or vents for my 4 year old nephew. He is on the petite side but size 4t or xs would be best so he can wear it longer. Even arm warmers with thumb holes would be cool. Will consider 3t and 5t as well. This is my 1st post so hope I got it right. Thanks guys.
