Island Stories Turquoise Dress

This dress is gorgeous! The colors are more vibrant than the photos! The underdress has 2 rows of ruffles and the top layer is attached at the shoulders. The Pom poms are approximately 4” in length. Bust is approximately 18” across laying flat armhole to armhole. Length of dress is approximately 31” from base of neck to hem. Dress is polyester as is the under dress. Dry clean.
