New, in original packaging. This pillow is very nice. It has an insert that you can either heat or freeze depending on your needs at the time. It is a lovely mauve color, ( not the darker purple in the stock picture) and made from a very soft, cozy fabric. The cover is removable for washing. These pillows are for post surgical recovery, mastectomy, lumpectomy, I would imagine heart surgery or any chest surgery if the doctor would allow it. It offers perfect protection from jolts or cats or kids….. it offers security and peace of mind as you are adjusting postop. This is new in original bag/packaging. Never used.
