Indian/Pakistani Ethnic sandal heels 10M

Brand new, never worn, no tags. I bought these off of Etsy mid-July and the seller will not accept a refund - too small for me. Extremely beautiful and surprisingly lightweight. The shoes are handmade and are supposed to be US 11 but they are really for US 10M. Best for narrow feet. Will be shipped exactly as pictured in a SheIn shoe box. Reasonable offers will be accepted.
