teddypug4 @harperhudson Oh no! I'm so sorry you don't like the skirt :( I don't usually take a large in a skirt, so I thought it was an accurate size. I'm a medium and it fit me a little big. Long though, you're right. It was a little long on me (5'5"). I love the material though. No problem with reselling--I'm so so sorry it didn't work out.

teddypug4 @eileennk Thanks! Can you tell I adore my dogs? Percy and Farrah's pics are a few years old. They're both old dogs now. Farrah's 11, Percy's 12. At least we think--we don't really know because of the adoption thing and not knowing their full backgrounds. Teddy's a puppy mess, but is learning. :) I work with him every day. He LOVES to fetch. A fetching pug--crazy! The other two are two of the best old companions. Percy is stuck to me like white on rice. My husband said when we walk around its like wearing a pug anklet he's so close. Sometimes he steps on our feet!! So funny!! Thanks for noticing my dogs! :)

acufox I had to read all the comments lol.. My pug girl Penny is also a fetching pug! She is also a racing pug, go figure... I am obsessed with keeping her in shape because pugs love to eat and get chubby and develop health problems but she is a skinny tiny girl (about 15 lbs)

teddypug4 @acufox Yes, racing pug. That's another thing Teddy is--with his behind real low to the ground and his pig tail out straight--he takes off lol! Yeah, he's about 16.5# now and is starting to look like a little tub. :o I need to cut back on the treats. And walk him more and me more!

acufox I am too lazy, plus it's so hot, I just let her run in the yard and chase squirrels.. I should walk her more, would be good for all of us! How old is Teddy? He is still a puppy right? Penny is a little over a year old now and so picky! She won't eat any treats unless it's real meat or freeze dried liver... I am spoiling her like crazy. She loves ground meat and yogurt.

teddypug4 @acufox I wouldn't go if it were just me, but T Bone Steak appears to have such a great time on these (really) short walks. :) He's 7 mos now. So Penny didn't calm down after 1 yr? Oh, Teddy would be in heaven with that diet! He gets a mixture of treats that I rotate so he doesn't get sick of them :) and his dry food. I think it's Lamb & Brown Rice--for sensitive stomachs :) lol!

acufox Sounds like a great diet! I feed her organic grain free kibble now but I used to buy the all meat dog food they store in a fridge at the store. It just became too much if a hassle because it would go bad before she would finish a bag and $$$! So now I have to pour broth or milk over her food to get her to eat it. She seems healthy, just picky probably because we spoiled her. Pugs are so prone to allergies, I figured no grains from the start

acufox Yes first one but I am a health nut! So I read a ton of research and a pug forum before getting her (yes I am insane like this), she is like my third kid! And yes she did calm down a lot but she still loves to race like a motor car

teddypug4 @acufox I was just going to say you're in for happy times together as she grows up. Pugs are one of the best things in my life, and they seem to get better with age (to me). Funny as puppies, but nothing like sharing 13 yrs with a best friend little pug. Enjoy your time with Penny :) she sounds really funny and cute--I love her pictures.

lmpasternack @teddypug4 OMG you save rescues too!!!! Now I know we were meant to meet! I have 4 rescues and my latest I picked up to take to the vet for a very bad eye infection back in May. She was so bad I asked my friend that owns the rescue if I could keep her while she was healing. Well it was doing so good and one day the eye just ruptured inside so it had to be removed. So, we adopted her. She is only a year old and is just a riot!!! She is a mix breed with some chihuahua and all brindle in color. I will have to post her picture again. She is tormenting my one Jack Russell right now as I'm writing this. She never stops. 🐶🐶 She had no puppyhood because she was at a different rescue that allowed that infection go and she was in pain most of her one year of life. Now she is a happy little girl! 😊 She cracks me up! My other rescues r older, they are the best dogs because they knew what life was like before having a forever home and complete unconditional love from humans. Ours were older too (except for T Bone Teddy--not a rescue), and yes, they really seem to appreciate life with us :) We fostered for awhile years ago. A lot of pugs and some other mixed breeds. So fun and rewarding! I ADORE my dogs and just think dogs are such gifts to us all.

teddypug4 @acufox Meant to tell u--Teddy the pug broke his jaw falling off the back steps--well really jumping and doing a chin dive. :( Poor Teddy. I feel so badly for him. No toys, no chewing, no stick parading--just wet food and teeny tiny treats he doesn't have to chew.

acufox Omg poor baby! Wishing him speedy recovery!! Penny is so afraid of the stairs and we just took the baby gate off (that we installed just for her because we have a spiral staircase with empty spaces between steps) and she sometimes goes up a few steps and is too scared to go down!

teddypug4 @acufox These steps lead to the back door but are pretty steep. I wish he was more afraid of them. He loves to run to the top and run back down. A spiral staircase does sound daunting :) Teddy is fearless though and would hurl himself off I'm telling you. Wild wild puppy. I hope it's a speedy recovery, too so he can have his toys back and not be so bored with the cage rest. Thanks.

Both are males and they're at opposite e nds of the age range--one is either 12-13 (adopted so not sure) the other 10 mos. then we have an 11 yr old wheaten terrier as well who is soooo beautiful. He's the one with one eye in the pics. His name was Percy. Yes, three is a handful, but it's so much better than two when the third is Percy. :(

teddypug4 @lisadraper The one-eyed pug was Percy. :( We had to let him go about two weeks ago. He was 13 and SUCH a good good boy. Yes, he actually had so much trouble with that eye. We adopted him with the one. He had drops for life.

lisadraper oh...sweet Percy...I know your heart breaks...I also had another pug...her name was Chloe Ann (she was MY baby)...she had both of her eyes but she had several surgerys and also drops for life...she had terrible vision the last 3 yrs...what we would call legally blind...we lost her tragically a 28 weeks ago today...still hurts terribly so I know what ur going thur...my prayers are with you....but they are waiting for us at Rainbow Bridge...:)

lottenotte hee hee.... had a rescue pug and lost him about 6 years ago... life has not been the same. Winston was my second child and helped me raise my two boys as toddlers... had his teeth cleaned and he didn't wake up. ;(((( nothing wrong with doing that but short nosed dogs you have to be careful but doctor did blood work and all okay'd. However, we think he probably had something going on somewhere else, cancer, tumor, something, because his breath was not bad and turned really sour/horrid all of a sudden. not like tooth decay but probably internally... I didn't have him autopsied but I remember that day like it was yesterday. My heart shattered in a million pieces. I have a Chihuahua from the side of the highway now, a 1/2 lab 1/2 shep goofy big ass dog with huge ears my son picked out, and a bloodhound/sharpe'i autocorrect won't let me type that right... lol.. Love them all but nothing like my pug!!! Thanks for sharing Teddy with us. pug hugs, kim

It is so hard to lose a best friend. Pugs have something special. Multum in parvo is the pug motto I believe. A lot in a space space. All of my pugs have always had personality enough for 5 other dogs. I miss them so. And the only one left is Teddy, but it's going to be ok. I can relate is what I'm saying.

teddypug4 @lyndasistak Hi Lynda! We've had four pugs (all fawn) since '98 and the pug is by far my favorite breed as well. We have fostered, and we've met so many cool pugs. They are such little clowns! Thanks for commenting on my listing! 🐾🐾😊

lmpasternack @mcjayne omg I have a lot of her clothes to this day. And she has purchased from me. I have not bought a lot lately until I lose more weight. Down 17 pounds now. Need to lose 20 more. Then 30 is my goal in a year.
