americantan Aloha! You can mark the report the first comment as “spam” and have it removed. Don’t worry, I’ve also had sellers put rude comments on my page for lower ratings/items with flaws. It’s okay to rate lower for longer ship times, bad responsiveness, item flaws, etc. Running a store is hard but I make purchases too and I always have expectations for what I’m spending my money on. 🌴

americantan @mamaibarra69 Yeah online sellers can be weird sometimes. I would buy all NWT items if I could. Or go to the mall and try things on. But I use Poshmark for things that aren't sold in stores anymore and I have to buy used if that's the only one available. Sooooo much hassle when sellers don't disclose holes or stains

In the past I have opened a case, but there were several issues that were unreconcilable with that seller. There is no need in this case. The bag is usable, and again I appreciate you offering me a good price. Hope things get better, I think we all are struggling to an extent these days.🌺🌺🌺
