Warm and Wonderful in London made two for Diana. The first one, almost exactly like this, was the one auctioned off for $1.1 million. The sweaters were all hand knit, and the black sheep was placed in a different position depending on the knitter. The one Diana is most frequently photographed had a lamb closer to the neckline. This sweater was bought in 1980 at Warm and Wonderful’s small workshop I believe in Primrose Hill. But Londoners please correct me if I’m wrong. The woman it was bought for was a prize-winning knitter and quilter who wore it and loved it. So it’s a worn as-is vintage piece. But this is totally the real deal. The black sheep sweater from Warm and Wonderful. I did not remove the pin from the label because I wanted you to know this was the real label. It will look great with jeans or over a denim shirt, and you will have a piece of Diana history. I’m selling this as is. But try to find another one.

@atr205 It is a red wool sweater. But it has been worn and washed and the fabric feels lighter. The knit is fabulous however as I hope you can see.
