chellescloset14 I’m sorry if you were not satisfied with your purchase you can definitely send it back I will be happy to process a refund for you I am just a little confuse was it damaged in the shipping process or it was a possibility because there was no bubble wrap? I did put a lot of tissue paper in there so I’m sorry again if you’re not satisfied I will gladly except the return. And I am so sorry if it was damaged

chellescloset14 I just feel bad I know that you’re really upset- I feel that the product was damaged because the rating was so low I couldn’t see someone giving such a low raining just for the fact of the possibility of damage happening to a product when in fact nothing happened so again if it was damaged please send it back I’ll be happy to process your refund. I ship make up another Starbucks cups and have never had an issue especially in the usps issued boxes. Please let me know

chentdogg @chellescloset14 it happens. I did dispose of it already. It would've cost another 10 to ship back so I decided to cut my losses. You did use tissue paper but that doesn't protect it if heavier items are placed on top. I would look into a proper size box since this one already puts pressure on the cup trying to squeeze it in.
