These polka dots are super cute!! Btw you might find this site Wearloom helpful - I’ve used it to track items I wanted and get notified with new listings on Posh. Found some great deals before they sold.
I think if you just look up “Wearloom” online it should be the first result.

I think the brand is actually Jessica Simpson. There's a listing up (not mine) of a Jessica Simpson dress that looks like this, "Sz 6 Red Roses and polka-dots Retro midi dress". Good luck!
