ISO In Search Of Women's Multi Color Chunky Sweater Cardigan worn by Uma Thurman

IN SEARCH OF THIS Sweater Cardigan worn by Uma Thurman in the movie PRIME (2005) It is a chunky knit sweater cardigan in multi colored threads with Large fold over collar. There are more colors than the photo shows but it looks more blue, purple and pink. If anyone knows what brand this is please let me know! Or even better, where to find it!
