ISO In Search Of Multi Color Chunky Belted Sweater Wrap worn by Uma Thurman

IN SEARCH OF THIS Sweater Wrap Long Cardigan worn by Uma Thurman in the movie PRIME (2005) It is a chunky knit sweater cardigan in multi colored threads with Large fold over collar lapels, belted, long. There are more colors than the photo shows but it looks more blue, purple and pink. If anyone knows what brand this is please let me know! Or even better, where to find it!
