sarahkathleen No its not a problem. I found out that the schedule had one dvd on there that doesn't exist, so they created a new one and it skips the starter video. So im good now thanks for willing to help me though.

flutterby8947 @sarahkathleen so, I got an email from posh saying that you are returning the dvds but now it says "delivered".. I just didn't want to use the money if you wanted a refund. . Did you accept it or did you get an email saying return? So sorry to keep bugging ya!

sarahkathleen They approved the case. I then went back and asked them to release the money to you. It should be released tomorrow. If not I am supposed to contact them
