darlascottage @chevette79 Well, guess what? I’ve had 3 packages on my porch since before 10 a.m. About 45 minutes ago, I received notification in email that they picked up my packages. I checked & the packages are still there. So I tried to call the post office & let it ring 20 times & no answer. We had this issue occasionally before Covid. It’s more the untrue email that bugs me than a mistake, because anyone can make a mistake.
