jenlovesclothes @r8rgirl4life the time it happened to me they informed both people whose stuff I swapped and sent them the correct shipping label and those poshers just sent the mixed packages to each other. It worked that time but I guess it really depends on the people if they wanna do it. I have also had posh just refund money when things didn’t show up. Currently I have a list shipped package from myself to someone. So I feel you frustration.
