What is the chest measurement of the top directly under the arm holes from side seam to side seam across the front when the item is laid flat

mlaws_closet @starraether Hi here is the measurement: Waistline 28” flat without expanded. Inseam: 27”. Chest line: 28” flat. Sorry for the delay, I went out this morning but couldn’t come back as I planned. Let me know if you have more questions. Thanks for your patience
