Would u say they run true to size or small?

@allymadigan I believe they may be a little smaller than the normal rain boot size as I wear a size 9 in the rain boots just fine! I’m also pregnant so may be why they felt tight but I think the insulation makes them a tiny bit tighter. If I had a millimeter of wiggle room they would have been perfect!
