Reposhing this item I purchased from @gr8rthanjewels. It was too big for me so I never wore it.
This bra says medium but fits like a large. It's 2" wider than my other HoneyLove mediums.
I'm also a designer and know about sizing.
This is definitely larger than a medium. It's in great shape and shows no apparent signs of wear.

hey there, I'm trying to figure out my size and the honeylove recommended size is surprising (xl, but I normally wear a 36D??) based on that do you think this would fit me?

Yes! I do think it will fit you. Honey Love stretches out after a few wears. Not in a bad way just loosens up. My suggested size was a LG. I ordered MD and after the stretch, I think I could have possibly gone with a small...I own 6 of these bras and love them.
