High-low flowy dress 👗

Black fitted chest area, heavily decorated and glamorous belt part, then a lot of light, uneven, flowy mint green fabric that is super fun to twirl in! It’s shorter in the front and longer in the back. The only flaw is one tiny pull in one of the pieces of flowy fabric. Barely noticeable. Otherwise, like-new condition. Worn once to a dance, loved it 🥰
