I was really feeling miserably as the boots were like new and sold for 10 cad :) My oldest daughter who is 14 could walk very well in the house with them, so I really scrambled my mind to think what might be the problem. I would love to be as helpful for others as you are. but maybe I don't interact a lot yet.:) It felt strange she accepted the order and then she complained after many days. If I know well, there are 3 days when you have time to think if you accept it and bring up the issues with photos to the support centre.But if the things are bad and you are really upset, I think you do this right after you open the pack! :)
