The bracelet is made of stainless steel and gold plating, with a deployant closure that ensures a secure fit on the wrist. The watch is water-resistant up to 100m (10ATM). This was a spontaneous purchase - I found it in a jewelry shop looking for something else. Comes with the box, and extra links I had taken out but I've never even worn it. Thought it might could use a better home.
